Cancellations

Rescheduling of a Brow, Lash Lift and/or Gel Nail treatment must be made MINIMUM 48 HOURS PRIOR. CANCELLATION FEE: Failure to provide this notice will result in loss of your 50% of total booking deposit.

No Shows

Failure to show at your appointment or inform Brow Ritual of a cancellation will result in a loss of deposit and you will not be able to book any future treatments at Brow Ritual.

Deposits

To secure your booking, we charge a NON-REFUNDABLE deposits both online and in-house. Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment balance in salon. All online bookings will automatically prompt you to pay 50% of total value. In house bookings will require payment 7 days prior to appointment or appointment will be forfeited.

Confirmation of Appointment

All bookings must be confirmed to secure your appointment. A reminder text or email is sent out to you 2 days prior and please respond to this confirming or cancelling your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Late arrivals past 10 minutes, where possible we will offer the next available appointment time. If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.

Refund Policy

Brow Ritual does not offer full refunds if you change your mind on a product purchased at Brow Ritual or online at www.browritual.com

Nail, Brow, Lash Adjustments

Brow Ritual will offer adjustments on nails due to natural causes within 3 days after appointment, and Brow Ritual must be contacted within 3 days via phone or email and we will offer you the next available appointment.

Brow Ritual will offer eyebrow and lash adjustments within 24 hours of appointment. Brow Ritual must be contacted via phone or email and the earliest appointment will be offered to you.
