Salon Etiquette

IMPORTANT 

As a valued client of Brow Ritual we reserve the appointments especially for you. Therefore, we kindly request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend. We are more than happy to accommodate your request within our policy time frame.

Please note, we do not accept cancellations via email or text. We kindly request you phone the salon to arrange cancellations or to reschedule your booking.

Salon Capacity

We ask that you please attend your appointment alone and refrain from bringing others, including children. This helps limit the number of people on the premises and ensures a safe environment for all clients and staff. 

Children and Infants

For occupational health and safety reasons, only the client is allowed in the treatment area, this includes children. We are happy to accomodate babies either in capsules/basinets. If you wish to bring children to your appointment you must contact Brow Ritual prior to your appointment to ensure there is room (we are a small space). If we cannot accommodate the additional persons you may need to reschedule your appointment, if past 48 hours you will forfeit your booking deposit.

Pets

For the safety of pets and the comfort of all our clients attending the salon, it is our salon policy that pets are unable to attend appointments with you.

New clients

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment and complete the new client form which has been sent to your email address.

Confirmation of Appointment

All bookings must be confirmed to secure your appointment. A reminder text or email is sent out to you 2 days prior and please respond to this confirming or cancelling your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals. Late arrivals past 10 minutes, where possible we will offer the next available appointment time. If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.
